10:20 Yoga & HIIT Fused Workout

Classes are combined to give you a total mind and body experience.  These classes can either be split down the middle where you move from one style of class to the next, or you have 10 mins of HIIT/Spin followed by 10 mins of YOGA/Pilates/Pump/Core and repeated for 50 minutes.  These classes are designed for you to reap the benefits of high intensity cardio workouts combined with strength, stability and flexibility.  The endorphins’ released after this will keep you on top form for hours.

Do you have a bulging belly due to having a baby, or a weak pelvic floor, a heavy colan that falls forward due to constipation or IBS, back problems due to an injury, or have a bad posture due to years of neglect? Then you will probably have weak core muscles. 

Core muscles are the muscles that lie deep along the spine. Once these muscles become weak the muscles lengthen therefore giving you no support along the spine. Pilates relies on the breathing process called lateral breathing and is called the thinking exercise where your body moves and breaths in harmony thus reducing stress. Stress produces a hormone called cortisol which is a harmful hormone that stores fat around your middle and vital organs causing all sorts of fatal diseases.

These classes can either be split down the middle where you move from one style of class to the next, or you have 10 mins of HIIT/Spin followed by 10 mins of YOGA/Pilates/Pump/Core and repeated for 50 minutes. These classes are designed for you to reap the benefits of high intensity cardio workouts combined with strength, stability and flexibility. The endorphins’ released after this will keep you on top form for hours.

10:15 Circuit Workout

Is a form of body conditioning or resistance training using high-intensity aerobics.  It targets strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program.  When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit.
