
Yin yoga is a very relaxing class where we hold a series of postures (about 5 - 6 in an hour class), passively on the floor. We are supported by straps, blocks (blankets and pillows if you bring your own)
This class is amazing for those who are super tight (or very bendy!) and want to open the body in a more passive manner, breathing deeply into the stretches and giving our minds a much needed break. Expect to fall asleep at the end!
