With a professional dancer background of 12 years, Csenge has made the switch to fitness & hasn’t looked back!

Her passion lies in combining strength & Olympic weightlifting training. As well as focusing on Plyometrics & Mobility to create the perfect body armour for everyone to be ready, whatever life throws their way.
