About

Di Long is a Personal Trainer, small group training coach and group exercise instructor, she has 15 years of experience in the fitness industry and has a BSc in Healthy Exercise and Sport.

"I have always set myself yearly fitness goals, such as competing in half-marathons or Superhuman Games. My passion lies not only in the physical gains that we get from training but the effect and posistivity it has on mental well-being. It is so rewarding working with my clients and seeing the impact my coaching is having on them."
