Previously worked as an Estate Agent for a few years… yes I know *eye rolls* Please don’t hate me!
I found myself needing change, change where I can combine my passion for fitness and helping people, so here I am.
I played football and rugby and my fitness journey came from this. I started using the gym to increase fitness and strength and very quickly found a love for lifting weights!
After a few years training I found the sport of Bodybuilding, which is something I then shifted my attention too, hoping to compete one day myself!
