My love of all things fitness, human biology & physiology led me to my career in the fitness industry.
I qualified as a Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor & Sport Massage Therapist over 25 years ago.
My passion for learning is non-exhaustive and I have studied continuously alongside working during those years. This has enabled me the greatest understanding of the body’s mechanics and how to make corrections and spot compensations running through the body.
I can help you be the best physical version of yourself where movement is fluid, and your body works as a unit rather than disconnected.
My approach to training will ensure you have good back health, better digestion, less pain in your day-to-day movements, enable you to be more alert and help you to reach your optimal bodyweight as determined by your body's wants & needs.
This will be done by improving your posture, breathing mechanics, strength & balance, the functioning of your core and progressing you to move functionally with greater ease.
