I believe in educating myself through evidence-based research, proven studies, and, most importantly, real-world results.
I take a holistic approach, covering every essential aspect of performance and well-being: nutrition, mindset, supplementation (when appropriate), programming, rehabilitation, and strength & conditioning.
For over 12 years, I've delivered lasting transformations for my clients by applying
these principles.
Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to train in a variety of settings, gaining valuable experience in each.
I have strong foundation in combat sports, with over four years of training in MMA and
Muay Thai, a brown belt in Karate and a bodybuilding title with NABBA.
My approach to training goes beyond the gym. My goal is to equip clients with the
knowledge and tools they need to continue improving long after our sessions end.
