About
From an early age I have always loved sport and enjoyed the challenges of keeping fit. I have been studying karate for 25 years and teach at Workout Ashton studio. I get a real buzz from helping others with their fitness challenges and goals.
I also really love testing my fitness and learning new things - I started boxing a few years ago and really enjoy martial arts. I've also completed several 10kms and half marathons.
I know the challenges of fitting in exercise whilst having a family and work commitments, it can be hard at times but it's worth the effort.
My specialist areas are pad work and cardiovascular training for anyone interested in getting fit for competition or maybe you just want to learn to hit pads correctly, I can help!
Whatever age, ability or confidence level, I can help you to achieve the results that you want.
Qualifications: Diploma Level 3 in Personal Training and Fitness Instructing
