My journey with training began when I’d finally had enough of the unhealthy habits that had been dominating me for years. By prioritising my health, changing my body composition, and gaining strength, I improved more than just the physical - I increased my confidence, which created ripples throughout other areas of my life.
I want training to be something you look forward to, not view as a chore. I understand how it can feel overwhelming, so my aim is to create an environment that eases nerves and makes you want to come back to the gym, putting you in the best position possible to achieve your goals.
