I spent a long time wanting to train before I was consistent with it, in part because I felt so self-conscious at the gym. However, after being honest with myself about the impact some unhealthy habits were having on my life, I decided to make some changes. Committing to training was one of them.
Prioritising my health and creating a stronger body and mind is the best thing I have ever done for myself, and I want to help you do the same.
I aim to make training something you look forward to, not view as a chore. I understand how it can feel overwhelming, so I’m here to create an environment that eases nerves and makes you want to come back to the gym, putting you in the best position possible to achieve your goals.
