Hi, I’m Will – a now Harbourside based personal trainer with a lifelong passion for movement, mindset, and helping people unlock their potential.

I help busy people like you get strong, feel energised, move pain-free, and build confidence without fad diets or extreme routines. Whether you're a total beginner, a stressed-out professional, or someone looking to rediscover your athletic edge, I’ll meet you where you’re at and coach you to where you want to be.
Originally from Salisbury, I’ve been active my whole life playing rugby, surfing, running, snowboarding, you name it. I went on to study Sport & Exercise Science to better understand what makes the body and mind thrive. Now, with years of experience and hundreds of clients coached, I focus on making health and fitness something you enjoy, not endure.
