About

Like a lot of people, I don’t come from a sporty background - I’m an introverted nerd with a lifelong love of video games and Warhammer. I’ve been through my own journey with significant weight-loss, anxiety and ADHD, and know first-hand how getting fit can feel like a uphill battle - But through years of experience (and a lot of trial and error) I learned how to improve my fitness, and with it my confidence.

As a PT with near a decade of experience, my goal is to help other introverts, nerds and beginners to learn to love training, balance their hobbies with health, and lift heavy to level up.

Depending on your goals, my sessions usually involve a mix of strength training and bodybuilding, while flexible enough to focus on whatever you enjoy the most. We’ll use up-to-date lifting science to train efficiently, while keeping things laid-back and approachable. My goal is to work with your lifestyle, not against it - improving your diet, routine, and habits at a pace that challenges but doesn’t overwhelm you - small steps make big lifts.
