For flexibility, mobility and core strengthening - try Yoga or Pilates!
- This pass can only be used once per person (i.e. for 1 set of 3 classes).
- This pass is just for classes and does not allow access to use the gym.
- This pass is for the Ashton gym only, not Harbourside.
- This pass has a 2 week limit from the day it is activated (i.e. you will have 2 weeks to use your 3 passes and these 2 weeks will start from the day you receive the welcome email).
